According to The New Telegraph: Adiza Umoru, from Niger State, was arrested by the officials of the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development, for using rented babies to beg for alms on the streets. She claims that her younger sister, Aminat, is the biological mother of the babies and she pays her whenever she uses them to beg. Efforts are still on to locate the real biological mother of the babies.
