Chukwu Ebuka who shared the poster above on Facebook, reported that the Hausa man,
identified as Hon. Alhaji Salisu Mohammed is contesting to be the
councilor of Abakpa Ward 1 in the Eastern state of Ebonyi in Abakaliki.
Hon. Mohammed is a member of the People Democratic Party (PDP).
