The American actress and singer, 19, claims she was courted by Scott, 34, in Los Angeles and now feels used after being fooled into thinking he wanted a serious relationship, TMZ reports.
Bella, who flew out with Scott and shared a sun lounger with him on the first day of the film festival, was said to be furious after seeing photos of the reality star getting close to ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.
cott, who has previously admitted to being a sex addict, has enjoyed his week in the French sunshine with a bevy of stunners while his ex and baby mama Kourtney Kardashian partied nearby with her new beau French model Younes Bendjima, 23.
