Kim Zolciak has shared a picture of her four-year-old son's injuries after he was bitten by a dog. Last month, the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star revealed Kash Biermann suffered "traumatic" injuries during the incident.

Several weeks later, on Tuesday, Kim gave an update on the youngster's condition as he continues to recover. "Kash and our entire family want to Thank each and everyone of you for all your prayers! Kash has healed up incredibly and has perfect vision in his left eye. Stitches on his water line, and his eyeball was never touched! God is Good!” the 38-year-old wrote.
