Mrs. Elizabeth Omotosho, the 71-year-old mother of the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Dr. Mike Omotosho, has been freed by her abductors.

Her daughter, Titilayo, in a text message to some close members of the family, said the septuagenarian walked home on Friday night.

She said, “We have found my mum. She is fine. Hallelujah.”

Four gunmen had kidnapped the septuagenarian at her family house in Ilorin, Kwara State, between 7pm and 8pm on Sunday.
