A mid-season trailer that dropped Thursday alerted fans that this season will show Khloe Kardashian give birth to daughter True Thompson in April amid her beau Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal.
The 34-year-old star - who has yet to say much about the scandal - is heard saying, 'The things I can control, I have to be able to control.'
In the trailer, Khloe's family members were seen reacting to the news that Thompson was allegedly philandering.
Kim, 37, was shown the news over the phone: 'They have another video of him?' before later snapping: 'Unfollowed, hate him! Sorry not sorry!'
'The things I can control, I have to be able to control,' said Khloe in voice-over as footage played of her getting an ultrasound exam late in her pregnancy.
'These guys are, like, always going for sloppy seconds,' said the Kardashian sisters' mother Kris Jenner to her much younger boyfriend Corey Gamble.
