It was reported that the accident occurred at Breeze, a drinking spot close to St Augustines College in the Central Region, Ghana.
Reports say the deceased persons were among five occupants of a private vehicle that was carrying a mother, her son and his girlfriend with two sisters.
The vehicle which was being driven by the younger of the three ladies reportedly burst a tyre, resulting in the accident.
Eyewitnesses say the driver lost control when the tyre burst, leading to the vehicle somersaulting several times before coming to a halt.
Before other road users rescued the occupants and rushed them to the hospital, the two sisters and the girlfriend of the male occupant died on the spot.
The mother and her son who sustained injuries are currently on admission at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital.
