Heidi Klum is engaged. The model, 45, revealed she accepted Tom Kaultiz's proposal on Christmas Eve with a gushing announcement showing off her beautiful diamond ring.

'I SAID YES', she captioned the photo with a heart emoji. Heidi flashed her stunning two stone engagement ring as she embraced her new fiance, 29, in the photo, both of them looking over the moon. 

It's only been nine months since Heidi and Tom confirmed their romance, after sharing a kiss on the set of America's Got Talent.
