Paris Hilton split from her fiance Chris Zylka this fall. And on Wednesday the DJ told The Jenny McCarthy Show that she was going to keep the $2m diamond engagement ring he presented her with.

The beauty's argument is the jeweler received millions of dollars in free publicity  from her wearing it so it should stay in her jewelry box.

This makes it seem as if Chris never actually purchased the ring but it was a freebie from the jeweler.

Chris has yet to publicly demand the 20-carat diamond ring back. But if he did purchase the bauble, he would be allowed to get it back by California law as she ended the engagement.
