Mahendra Singh Gond is set to become the first person executed since a change in the law last year which introduced the death penalty for child rapists.
The attacker kidnapped his victim last June and left her body in the jungle after the assault, believing her to be dead.
A high court confirmed the death sentence last month and the date of his execution has been fixed for March 2, the Times of India reported.
After the attack the schoolgirl spent months in a New Delhi hospital having her intestines realigned.
Gond is currently in prison in Jabalpur, in the state of Madhya Pradesh in central India.
Confirming the death sentence, judges said: 'Courts cannot evade their duty to be tough with hard-core criminals so that there is some deterrent against indulging in such gruesome crimes.
