The Rock, 48, rakes in a staggering £803,000 for promotional posts, knocking previous champ Kylie Jenner off the top spot.
Hopper HQ dropped an Instagram rich list recently, naming Dwayne, Kylie and her sister Kim Kardashian in the top ten.
Among brands to sponsor the former wrestler have been Voss water, tech giants Apple, and of course, sports brand Under Armour, with which he developed his Project Rock line.
Social media expert Andy Barr told The Sun that Dwayne's appeal lies not just in his string of blockbusters, unbelievable gym routine and legendary work ethic.
It's also in the fact that he's just a good guy, "a man of the people, very humble, and that appeals".
As such, he doesn't do all that many endorsements, but when he does, he brings home the big bucks.
Last year, Forbes named him the highest-paid actor in the world, reporting how his role alongside Jason Statham in Fast & Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw earned him a whopping £71million.
Former leaderboard topper and makeup mogul Kylie isn't far behind, with a still very impressive £780,000 per post.
In third place is footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, the first of two footy legends on the list, with £703,000 per post.
He's also the only European in the top ten, having worked with Nike, a hair loss clinic and his own fragrance, CR7 Play It Cool.
Following behind are Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Beyonce, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Brazilian footballer Neymar.
David Beckham tops the UK's highest earners list at £269,000 per post.
