Man who begged for help after trekking for Buhari, gets car gift, N2m [photos]

The Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Inuwa Yahaya, has presented a car and the sum of N2m to a 50-year-old man, Dahiru Buba.

Recall Buba had trekked from Gombe to Abuja to celebrate the result of the 2015 presidential election won by the President Buhari.

Buba is currently undergoing treatment over an ailment he developed after the exercise.

Buba, who had earlier requested a source of livelihood and shelter, said he was overwhelmed by the gesture of the government, adding that the gifts would be well used.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Gombe State Governor on Media, Ismaila Misilli, has also confirmed the development.
