The 29-year-old rapper was spotted at Heaven by Marc Jacobs in the Fairfax District of Los Angeles on Monday.
The Migos rapper, who has been married to Cardi B since 2017 and share two-year-old daughter Kulture together, was seen smiling with the fan as they posed together.
Offset was wearing a black t-shirt under a brown hoodie, with his hood up, as he posed with the fan.
He also wore a dark flannel coat over the hoodie with ripped light blue jeans for his shopping excursion.
The rapper wasn't wearing a face mask while getting close to the fan, but she wore a blue medical face mask while taking the selfie.
Others were seen watching as the fan leaned in close towards Offset to take the selfie near one of the storefront's large windows.
