MUST SEE : 5 Surprisingly and Delicious Ways to Enjoy Eggs

Looking for a delicious and sweet way to enjoy your eggs without ever getting tired? Here is all you need to know.

eggss

It’s the dilemma that plagues every brunch lover, weekend after weekend. Do you take the savory route with buttery eggs, potatoes, and bacon? Or do you go sweet and load up on fluffy pancakes, waffles, or French toast? Here are the best ways to enjoy your eggs and never get tired of it according to this perfect advice from Prevention.

1. Sweet Omelet with Red Currants

Instead of adding the typical pinch of sugar, Nutrition Stripped mixes her eggs with dates, honey, and cinnamon, along with flaxseeds and coconut oil. She cooks the mixture just like an omelet, then folds in red currants or berries. A drizzle of extra honey and sprinkle of shredded coconut at the end takes this breakfast over the top.

2. Coconut and Honey Omelet

Charlotte’s Lively Kitchen keeps it simple with only honey and coconut oil added to her egg mixture. After cooking the omelet in a pan, the just-sweet-enough eggs taste right at home alongside a fresh fruit salad of berries and chopped banana.

3. Apple Omelet with Cheddar and Thyme

Apple pie with cheddar cheese is a thing, so why not an apple and cheddar omelet? What Should I Eat for Breakfast Today? sautés thick apple slices with honey until softened and caramelized. Then, she folds them into a mixture of beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, and a touch of flour, and bakes the whole thing in a skillet. It’s sweet, savory, and decadent without being over the top.

4. Sweet and Salty Scrambled Eggs

If you don’t feel like going through the work of making an omelet, just do a simple scramble. Noms for the Poor adds chopped dates and walnuts to her cheesy scrambled eggs. It might seem really, really odd, but once you try it, you’ll probably become addicted.

5. Blueberry-Lemon Puffed Omelet

Ready to take things to the next level? Try Gourmande in the Kitchen’s sweet puffed omelet, which is sort of like a fruity fritatta. Whipping the egg whites before folding them in with the yolks yields a light, fluffy texture. Fresh blueberries and a spoonful of honey add a little sweetness, and a touch of lemon juice keeps things balanced.

MUST WATCH : Pastor Films Himself Drinking Poison to Commit Suicide Over His Girlfriend (Video)

In what has left many people saddened and confused, a pastor and gospel musician has committed suicide on camera.

The pastor filmed himself committing suicide

A video has shown the moment a Zimbabwean gospel musician and pastor, Richard Nhika, 38, filmed himself as he committed suicide because of a conflict he had with his girlfriend, Nomatter.

In the video, Richard can be seen in a bush in Goodhope, Westgate, Zimbabwe, holding onto a bottle as he spoke into the camera, his message directed at a woman believed to be his girlfriend.

“I will always love you Nomatter, which is why when I saw you I never insulted you or said anything bad. I have decided to die next to this tree so that everyone can see, this is real poison you can even see for yourself.”  He said before downing the contents of a bottle believed to be pesticide.

A day later, Nhika died in Harare’s Parirenyatwa hospital, Zimbabwe.

Spokespersons from the deceased’s family, Pauline Busu and Nyasha Nhika, expressed their shock at Richard’s action and revealed they never believed he could commit suicide due to his religious background. They also revealed that they do not know the girlfriend he mentioned but will like to meet her so that she can explain what happened and give them closure.

They said; “When we got to the scene where he committed suicide, we found the video in his phone which he had shot taking away his life.

“We are convinced that this was a spiritual attack that happened to him because in his normal senses, he would not have done something like this.

“He was a pastor at AFM Church and he was actually launching his album he featured Mathias Mhere, Dereck Mpofu and Sharon Manyonganise and no one ever expected him to do such a thing.”

Richard reportedly never gave his family cause to believe that he was going through a hard time, however, according to the accounts of the spokesperson, two days before his death he began waking up in the middle of the night to pray for long hours, but no one considered that out of place since he’s a pastor.

“He was fine, he never shared with us if he was facing any problems with anyone, we only heard of him mentioning a lady called Nomatter in his video,” Nyasha said.

My Pastor Said I Should Do This Shocking Thing in His Office – Girl Talks ‘Illegal Romance’`

A woman who is already fed up with her husband after he denied her the pleasures of s*xual intimacy for long, has cried out.

File photo used only for illustrative purpose

A woman identified as Marry Ngwenya from Gweshanga Village in Lupane, Zimbabwe, has cried out for help after going seven years without s*x cried.

According to Chronicle, Ngwenya couldn’t withhold her emotions in front of Lupane resident magistrate Ndumo Masuku when she accused her husband Petros Tshuma, a pastor with Zion Grace International, of starving her of s*x since 2010.

Instead, she says he sleeps with other women from his congregation.

“Your worship, I’m sexually abused by this man as he last had s*x with me in 2010. If I ask him about the issue he would promise to make up for it but when it’s time for s*x he simulates sickness then claims to be feeling pain in his stomach,” she said.

She added that he would also claim his testicles were swollen but had other partners to sleep with.

“What I know is that he enjoys s*x with three ladies from our church. I have WhasApp text messages to prove that,” she said.

She literally pleaded for s*x in front of the magistrate.

“I’m a human being. I don’t survive on Bible verses and I need my husband to sleep with me. Now I lead a pretentious life telling the women I lead that I’m enjoying my marriage while I’m s*x starved,” she said in between sobs.

However, Tshuma admitted the blame.

“I love my wife but I have a problem, when I engage in s*x my stomach starts to twinge as a result I feel an intense pain and due to that I had to stop. It’s not true that I’m in love with other women. My wife saw text messages from the women who wanted counselling on their marriages, due to that she quickly concluded that I’m in love with them,” he said.

Masuku ordered Tshuma not to sexually and emotionally abuse his wife.

A senior secondary school student has suffered a really tragic fate in Kano State after being attacked by an assailant.

Rabiu Dan Maraya

Rabiu Dan Maraya, a 23-year old SSS2 student, was on Saturday afternoon stabbed to death by a mobster, following his refusal to surrender cash in his possession to the assailant in the commercial city of Kano.

According to The Punch, the victim, a student of Mohammed Vice Adamu Secondary School, Fagge, Kano, was on his way home from school when he was accosted by the mobster who allegedly ordered Rabiu to surrender whatever money was in his possession.

Rabiu had refused the order, it was alleged.

Enraged by Rabiu’s refusal, an eye witness alleged, the assailant, simply identified as Jay Jay Okocha who was in company of a friend, trailed Rabiu to a corner, where he stabbed him thrice in different spots at the back.

Rabiu had bled profusely and slumped, following which passers-by rushed him to a nearby hospital but died on the way.

Authorities of the Medical Centre, where he was rushed for treatment, pronounced him dead before arrival.

Immediately after, some policemen arrived the scene of the crime, where they arrested the suspect and took him to Fagge Police Division, where he was briefly detained.

However, it was learnt that he has been charged to court for prosecution.

When our reporter contacted Rabiu’s guardian, identified as Samaila Gambo Fagge, he said the late Rabiu had been living with him for a long time since his mother died a few years ago.

Samaila  said, “I was shocked and devastated when the sad news was broken to me;” insisting that he would pursue the matter to logical conclusion to ensure fair justice over the cold murder of his nephew.

Upcoming Actress Lands in Hospital After She was Brutalized by a Soldier on Her Way to Onitsha, See Photos

An upcoming Nollywood actress, Jewel Infinity, has cried out for help after she was left hospitalized following a beating she received from a Nigerian army officer in Rivers State.

The lady who was brutalized by the army

Below is how Jewel Infinity shared her story on social media;

*********************************************

A CRY OF HELP!

Please my good people of our nation, i am sincerely calling out for justice against violence. I am hospitalized right now as i type this with the lil stamina in me; i am in serious pain and agony; in between life and death. This is my story:

This morning, at about 11.50am, i boarded a siena vehicle leaving PortHarcourt for Onitsha. As we approached the first checkpoint immediately after the airport, we pulled over as the soldiers ordered us to, for the usual scrutinization.

One of them, the youngest of them, by name, SULAIMAN OLAMILEKAN, began to molest me. He accused me of discussing him, where i was only having a friendly debate with the lady beside me about whether his car is tinted or not because of the way the we where being delayed because the driver didn’t bring the back glass down when he stopped us immediately he was like ‘hey you wetin you just talk now’ I explained to him that he was never in the picture of the gist but he ignored me and demanded i disembark from the vehicle, kneel down and apologise to him.

I called his bluff and explained to him that i did nothing wrong to apologise. To my greatest dismay, this dude went in search of any object at his disposal (a huge stick), and started hitting it all over my body. He shove me out of the vehicle and when he piecesed the stick on me he went in search of another thing and he came back with a big rod immediately I saw him coming with that one and I noticed everyone was already scared to come closer also his colleagues were just there busy with the stopping of other vehicles I ran out of the vehicle and jumped down wanted to run over to the other lane to where their ogas used to stay but on a second thought I sensed he might throw the big rod on me I then stood still not believing he could actually used that on me b4 I knew it he started hitting my two leg with it.

I was helpless as my fellow passengers were scared to intervene, the others (soldiers) disengaged him from hitting me further but they did not reprimand/reprove him. Instead, they confiscated my phone and prevented me from taking pictures of any of them my phone’s screen is in pieces now. When i told them that i would nolonger proceed with the journey, they restrained me from going back to Portharcourt by compelling the driver to embark on our journey to (Onitsha) with me.

The driver drove off to some distance away from there, and i alighted from the vehicle and boarded another one heading back to Portharcourt. The passengers in the bus were astonished at the injuries i sustained from the brutality. They sympathized with me and advised me to take the matter up. Even the new driver confirmed Ola to be a ruthless soldier as he has had an encounter like that with him before.

As soon as we arrived Portharcour, i went straight to the Army Barracks to file a report about him. I narrated the whole story to them. The soldiers and the superiors there, were astonished at the cruel act and were sympathizing with me and pleaded that i shouldn’t take the case any further; that the Ola dude would be remanded for one month in the barracks there (which i feel is not enough justice)they said he just joined then in the yr 2015

I was quickly attended to and was taken to their clinic for treatment. They summoned for Ola, the dude was very shocked that the case had gotten here already. To God be the glory, he confessed correctly that i didn’t do anything to have warranted his cruel action that he was in a very bad mood He said what happened there was inexplicable. This time, he genuflected and implored for compassion. He took my number when I was giving it to the nurse for my admission at the hospital an whatsapped me to forgive him and not take things seriously. (This was how i tracked his identity on True caller.)

Right now i am bedridden. The doctor said i am running temperature due to my high blood pressure. I am in serious pain and rendered partially immoveable. How do i explain this uncomely incidence to my family in Onitsha whom i was supposed to meet with? Here are the pictures of what happened in the scene including the picture of the violator and the rod he used You can access him with his facebook addy, “Sulaiman Olamilekan”.

Please Help! Help me reach out to anybody in authority, who can fight this violence. Violence is indeed a cankerworm that has eaten us deep into every fabric of the Nigerian Army Force. Soldiers fight and protect their own, not to destroy the innocent civilians’

Must Read : A Story of S*x and Scam: Check Out the ‘Lucrative’ Offers of Lagos Sugar Mummies

It has been revealed that the ‘sugar mummy business’ is a booming one in the city of Lagos but is being overridden by fraudulent persons.

Sugar Mummies (File photo used only for illustrative purpose)

Along major streets, on pavements beside the roads, on pedestrian bridges, and on notices posted on buildings and walls around the metropolis, there is almost always a note asking you to call a particular number or visit a website should you need a “sugar mummy”.

Even though initial information gathered by Saturday Tribune identified Ebute Metta and Gbagada as the major hubs for the business, residents in those areas who were contacted last week said they were not aware.

“I have lived in this area (Ebute Metta) for more than twenty years now,” said Thomas Nwike who owns a fashion shop close to Alagomeji. “I know there are sugar mummies everywhere in Lagos; but I don’t think that this place is their headquarters or anything like that.”

Covert affair

It is not often possible to reach a sugar mummy directly, as many of them are represented by “agents.” It is the responsibility of these agents to “screen” prospective “sugar boys” and present them to the women.

According to findings by Saturday Tribune, the boys are expected to be handsome, reliable, trustworthy, and “durable” in bed. The more influential women prefer university students or recent graduates who are unemployed.

The sugar boy’s fee is negotiable. Where the sugar mummy takes extra interest in him, she usually “buys” him off, by paying a large sum of money to the agent. For one-offs, however, payment is made per night, and it ranges from N80, 000 to N180, 000, depending on the status of the sugar mummy and the “quality” of the sugar boy.

Organised fraud

Our investigation, however, shows that this “venture” has been infiltrated by a large network of fake agents who, on a daily basis, con unsuspecting “sugar boys” out of thousands of money.

Most of these agents are active on the internet, where several websites are dedicated entirely for this purpose. Indeed, information gleaned from a number of general dating websites showed that requests for sugar mummies and sugar boys are dominant.

For example, on adsafrica.com.ng, as of midday on Thursday, the category “Women Looking for Men in Lagos” had 1,344 requests, while “Men Looking for Women in Lagos” had only 667.

To understand better how this business operates, Saturday Tribune, posing as a prospective customer, contacted one of the agents and requested help to meet a sugar mummy.

The first agent who identified herself as Mrs Ruth spoke briskly, above what sounded like generator sounds in the background.

After she had determined that the person on the phone was unemployed, young, handsome, educated, and could last a minimum of four hours in bed, she said: “I will get you a sugar mummy. She is a fine woman who is very rich. You will like her. Just send me N500 recharge card. I will use it to call her and arrange for the two of you to meet. The money you will get from her is N80 000, per night. After this call, send me a text message. Include your name, age, location, and the recharge card I told you about. I will call you after I have talked with the madam, ok?”

When she did not immediately receive the text message she had asked for, she called, and when she was told the whole plan was still being considered, she lost her cool.

“You’re not serious. You think I have your time, abi? Nonsense-man!”

A second agent whose mobile number appeared up to eight different times on a website identified himself as Mr Mark. Most of the questions he asked were similar to those asked by Ruth. But when Saturday Tribune observed that N500 was too much for him to use to set up the meeting, he brought it down to N400.

“You see, I want to help you,” he said. “You said you’re not employed, and I just want to help you. Just send the recharge card. Then send your full name, location and the hotel where you want to meet your sugar mummy. I will call her and you can meet her, even tomorrow. She will pay you N180,000 for the night, and you can pay us N40, 000 from it.”

Mr Mark seemed the better choice; and so, the recharge card and all the information he requested were promptly sent to him. Two minutes after, he called back, and sounded quite pleased.

“I got your text message,” he said. “Thanks. But there is a form you have to fill. It’s eight thousand naira only. I will send you my account number. If you can pay early tomorrow, I will meet you at 12pm at the hotel with the form. The sugar mummy will be there too. She is a rich woman; just tell her what you want; don’t be afraid; she will help you. She has companies, and since you said you’re a graduate, she can even help you get a job.”

Asked if it would be possible to pay him upon receipt of the N180, 000, he said, “No, this N8,000 must be paid before you meet her. It is for your form. The sugar mummy will bring the form to the hotel for you to fill. But because I know you are not employed, I can take N5,000 from you and I will use my N3,000 to complete it for you.”

There were several contradictions in his story. At a point he said the form would be brought to the hotel by him; at another he said it would be brought by the sugar mummy herself. Meanwhile, his text message which arrived minutes later read: “Maneger details: Uzoya, XXX acc 0049288XXX. XXX Bank plc.” Strangely, it did not contain the name “Mark.” Even more puzzling, a caller-identity application (Truecaller) identified the owner of Mark’s mobile number as “XXX Adebayo”.

When he was never contacted again nor paid the agreed sum, he continued to call throughout the day. When, however, he was finally contacted later in the day on Thursday and confronted with all the conflicting facts, he flared up:

“I was just trying to help you, and you are talking rubbish. You have to be a man… you have to be a man… What are you talking…? You have to be a man…” He spoke mostly the same words for a long time, repeating “You have to be a man” many times.

Caring mothers

There is, it would seem, a variant of this practice which, observers say, is beginning to gain ground in parts of Lagos and beyond. Mr Kola Aderibigbe, an engineer who lives at Ogba, Lagos, on Wednesday, told Saturday Tribune that this type (called “caring mother”) revolves around a woman whose husband has abandoned “because she is richer and arrogant”.

“In a way, their husbands have set them free,” Aderibigbe explained. “It may be because she is proud, or because she is running after other men, or so many other reasons. So what the woman does is to find a young man who will move in with her. The man plays the role of father to the woman’s children, while the woman takes care of him financially.”

New world order?

Observers might say that there is something disconcerting about this turn of events. Has the growing influence of women in politics, business and other fields wrought a situation where men have become more willing to sacrifice their traditional position as the “dominant s*x”?

However, Joshua Omidire, who recently completed a postgraduate programme in English at the University of Lagos, attributed this shift to the economic situation in the country.

“We all know that the boy has no need for enjoyment of sex with those older women; his girlfriend will give him that. What is important is money. So, unemployment is one of the factors that lead these young guys into it. Young guys actually wake up in the morning and go to their place of work which is a sugar mummy’s apartment.

“What is the shame when you can’t feed your belly and an older woman offers you sexual pleasure and money? People don’t write it on their foreheads. Many of the big boys in town are sex slaves of sugar mummies.”
