Recently, nude pictures of pregnant women have been constantly and blatantly display in the public domain. In fact, it appears to be a trend right now.
I am open minded but perhaps, quite conservative in certain areas of life, which I believe should be preserved.
One of such being decency and self dignity.
Civilization brought a lot of good as well as disastrous influences on our lifestyle.
While advocates of nudity may argue that our ancestors were practically naked, there was innocence at that time which was guarded with utmost care.
If nudity is cool, why put parental control on some TV channels?
What is the much ado about porn and privacy?
Some argue that they are merely expressing themselves.........
They are proud of their bodies and all the abracadabra.......
Well, I know for sure that I'm so proud of me that I protect me.
And that means keeping my "privates" private.
Others argue their husbands permit them, and I'm wondering why the husbands are missing in action.
Why aren't their husbands posing nude with them, or with their babies?
There's something called self-respect, dignity and preservation.
I'm just wondering how I'll feel knowing that my in-laws, acquaintances, colleagues and all have seen my nakedness.
I mean what's left?
The only time I went stark naked and didn't care was when I was in labour.
Five days hard labour with no respite, I was practically mad!!
I was a state of pain induced psychosis, so how could a sane woman strip and pose before a camera for shots and worse still, make it public!!
I can't rationalize it and I can't comprehend it too.
Whatever it is, it is sick.
There should be a modicum of modesty left for this generation please.
We are fast losing our values to civilization.
We are fast losing our morality to trends.
It is not ok.
No, not at all.
If our mothers become this loose and shameless and our fathers so uncaring and permissive, what values shall be imparted to the children?
I'm afraid for our children and the generation unborn.
I'm scared to look into the future.......
It's scary!!
