Jamiroquai member Toby Smith dies at 46

Toby Smith, founding member and the former original keyboardist of
the three-man British funk band Jamiroquai, has died at the age of 46. The sad news was broken on the Jamiroquai fan site Funkin on Wednesday.

‘It is with great sadness to hear and relay the news that original
Jamiroquai keyboard player Toby Smith died on 11th April 2017,’ the
statement read.

Although, the cause of Smith’s death remains unknown.

Toby
Smith who was both the keyboard player and co-songwriter for Jamiroquai
from 1992 left the band due to family commitments in 2002.
