Vice President Yemi Osinbajo yesterday had a meeting with some of the
parents of the missing Chibok school girls at the presidential villa,
Abuja.
During the meeting, Osinbajo appealed to the parents to be more
patient with the Federal government regarding the rescuing of the
remaining 196 girls still in Boko Haram captivity.
He said the Federal
government was exploring all measures that would lead to the safe return
of all the girls.
On April 14th 2014, over 200 girls were abducted by Boko Haram members in their school in Chibok community in Borno state.
