Adele took to her Instagram account to share a number of black and white images from inside the party, including one of her throwing shapes on the dancefloor wearing a life jacket.
The British star looked incredible in a sparkling dress, styling her hair in a corkscrew curl updo reminiscent of Rose's locks.
The star-studded night was attended by the likes of Alan Carr, Sam Taylor-Johnson, Mark Ronson, Zane Lowe and Aaron Paul. She also revealed the party was the 'best night of her life'.
