This is despite reports that her father, Lionel Richie has threatened to cut her off and remove her from his will if she continues to date Scott.
On her day out with Scott, the model flaunted her flat stomach as she sipped an iced beverage from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf while wrapping her arm around her man's wrist.
Donning black leggings and a matching sports bra, the model showed off her enviable figure.
She wore a gold 'Richie' necklace and parted her chestnut tresses down the middle, letting them fall freely across her shoulders.
A pair of fresh white sneakers and square rectangular sunglasses completed Sofia's athletic look.
Earlier on Monday, the couple was spotted looking happy and relaxed as they had lunch in Malibu.
Making clear the pair were still an item. Scott even shared a break-up report on Instagram, with the message: 'We had no idea with even broke up.' [sic]
As the pair drove up to Sofia's favorite restaurant - the high end Nobu in Malibu - Lionel Richie's daughter took the passenger seat in the father-of-three's Rolls Royce convertible.
Scott dressed down for his day out with his lady, as he wore a shirt from Pharrell Williams' line, Billionaire Boys Club.
