The vintage luxury car comes after another special delivery - a pink Can-Am Spyder with custom unicorn print - was spotted arriving to her home earlier in the day; the bike retails for about $21,299.
The old fashioned Rollys Royce was on her driveway, complete with a large red bow on the bumper.
The price for a vintage Rolls Royce can vary from $25,000 to $300,000 depending on model type and custom work.
Kylie shared the gift on her Snapchat Friday; she walked out of her house between a hundreds of pink rose lining the walkway to the car.
The mother of one captioned the present 'a dream.'
Kylie's other lavish gift was spotted being delivered by a truck to her home in Hidden Hills on Friday morning.
The luxury three wheeler is know to be an alternative to a motorcycle; there are several different Spyders available: the F3, the F3-S sport cruiser, the Spyder F3-T and the Spyder F3 Limited.
The price can range from $18,000 to $28,000 depending on the model choice; it appears she received the F3-S sport cruiser, which retails for $21,299.
The Spyder bike included a custom unicorn print emblazoned all over.
Kylie showed off the gift later in the day on her Snapchat account; parent Cailtyn Jenner was on hand in a pink top with a white skirt.
Kylie also shared her many other luxury gifts that she received on her birthday.
The stunner received a large Goyard suitcase from mom Kris Jenner that featured custom pattern with her name, her age and Betty Boop images.
Kris also seemingly sent a matching birthday cake - replicating the Goyard suitcase she gifted her.
The cake, which sat in the background on her kitchen counter, had 21 on it as well as lipstick.
Kylie wrote: 'Mommyyy!!! You are crazy!!' adding a heart eyes emoji.
