Late reggae legend, Ras Kimono’s body arrived in Asaba, Delta State today. Kimono, who died on June 10, 2018, will be interred tomorrow at his Onicha-Olona country home in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.

The week-long burial activities has since commenced in Lagos, where he spent most of his life.

Thousands of reggae lovers in the state participated in a series of street processions, even before his remains arrived and continued when it arrived to pay their last respect to him. May his soul rest in peace.
