The couple, who will tie the knot at Windsor Castle tomorrow, provided details on precisely when and where guests should meet ahead of the service at St George's Chapel - and outlined their strict policy on mobile phones and social media snaps.
The guide is also understood to contain more specific information on how the ceremony will unfold, including what time guests can expect to see the Queen and other members of the Royal Family take their seat.
Writing for Vanity Fair, royal correspondent Katie Nicholl revealed how Eugenie, 28, and Jack, 32, have asked guests to meet at the Farm Shop in Windsor, where they will be transported on a fleet of minibuses to St George's Chapel in time to be seated at 10.15am.
Photography is not allowed inside the chapel - where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot in May - so phones will be kept away.
The star-studded congregation, which will include William and Kate, Harry and Meghan, as well as celebrities like Robbie Williams, will make their way on foot to Windsor Castle, where the Queen will host a reception.
Guests have been asked to 'surrender mobile telephones, cameras, and any electronic devices used for image capture', on arrival at the afternoon soiree.
Harry and Meghan took a similar 'no phones' approach to their private reception in May, although a handful of photos emerged on social media from before and after.
The bride and groom have also put out a request that guests not bring gifts to the day itself.
However they do reportedly have a registry and have asked any gifts to be sent to the office of Prince Andrew at Buckingham Palace.

Eugenie's second cousins Prince George and Princess Charlotte will reprise their positions as pageboy and bridesmaid for their second role in royal nuptials following Meghan and Harry's wedding in May.
However, Eugenie has enlisted several other youngsters to act as her flowergirls including sisters Savannah, 7, and Isla Philips, 6, four-year-old Mia Tindall, Maud Windsor, 5, and most surprising six-year-old Theodora Williams, the daughter of Robbie Williams and Ayda Fields.
