Footage from inside Las Vegas’s Rain nightclub at the Palms Casino Resort where the former Manchester United star was staying shows him and Kathryn Mayorga talking intimately.
On the two minute tape, captured on a mobile phone, the pair is seen laughing as they drape their arms over each other in the venue’s VIP area as dance music plays.
At one point Ronaldo is seen leaning forward and squats down in front of the then model before they then dance together.
Several hours later Mayorga, now 34, claims the Juventus star s-xually assaulted her in his penthouse suite at the hotel after she was reportedly invited to his room. The alleged incident took place in June 2009.
In an interview with Der Spiegel she claims he r-ped her, though Las Vegas police say they are investigating a s-x assault, rather than a rape.
Ronaldo, 33, vehemently denies the claims made in bombshell court documents that were filed on Friday in Las Vegas branding them “fake news”.
On Monday police in Sin City announced they have reopened a s-x assault investigation from 2009.
The publication also revealed court documents filed last week that have not been released publicly by authorities in America.
In 2010, Mayorga reportedly reached an out-of-court settlement with Ronaldo involving a £288,000 payment for agreeing never to go public with the allegations.
Her lawsuit received by the courts on Friday is now seeking to declare the alleged non-disclosure agreement void.
Ronaldo joined Juventus from Real Madrid for £99.2m earlier this year.
