A source told the publication that Blac has claimed nannies were present at her home to collect her daughter, and Rob did not reach out as he claimed he did.
This came following reports that police were called to a hotel in Hawaii where Chyna is staying with her new beau Kid Buu, after the couple were involved in a physical altercation.
Sources reportedly close to Chyna claimed that Rob could have easily dropped off their daughter at her LA home where nannies were waiting to collect Dream - something which she said has taken place before.
It was also reported that there are no requirements in their custody agreement that demand she be present at all times when she is scheduled to take care of Dream.
TMZ also reported that Rob and Chyna are close to reaching a new custody deal, which would reportedly see the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star pay significantly less than his current $20,000 a month in child support.
Rob claimed that Chyna was missing out on court-scheduled time with daughter Dream to take the trip, according to a report on TMZ.
Dream's father Rob Kardashian is said to have only discovered Chyna was out of town when he prepared to drop off their two-year-old on Saturday.
The former couple no longer have any direct contact, with Dream's nannies handling drop offs.
But after Chyna's nanny failed to respond, Rob reached out to Chyna's management company and eventually discovered she had gone to Hawaii, a source tells TMZ.
Rob was apparently not pleased with the way things were handled as a source told People: 'Chyna planned on having Dream stay with a nanny in L.A. while she was in Hawaii. Rob is mad because if either parent is out of town, the other parent is supposed to have the option to keep Dream longer.'
The insider added that Rob doesn't want his daughter to stay alone with a nanny while Chyna parties up a storm in Hawaii.
'This it what he is mad about,' the source said. 'She needs to tell him when she won’t be in L.A. so Rob can keep Dream longer. Rob is getting his lawyer involved.'
The source added: 'This situation’s not in Dream’s best interest.'
Rob and Chyna share 50/50 custody of their daughter, after a highly contentious split and resultant custody battle, having split in December 2016 just one month after the birth of their daughter.
