The Queen and other top royals arrived and there was one surprise visitor as Prince Philip was by her side despite limiting his public appearances as of late.
Lady Gabriella, 38, is the daughter of the Queen's cousin Prince Michael of Kent and is 52nd in line to the succession of the British throne.
She will marry financier Thomas Kingston, who previously dated Pippa Middleton, in a ceremony at 12pm in St George's Chapel.
The 14th century chapel has hosted two royal weddings in the last year including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.
The groom Thomas Kingston has arrived.
Thomas Kingston is a 40-year-old financier and according to Buckingham Palace, he “works in frontier market investment and is a Director of Devonport Capital.”
He graduated from Bristol University with a bachelor’s degree in economic history.
The Dean of Windsor, the Right Reverend David Conner, will conduct the ceremony and an afternoon reception will be held at Frogmore House.
The Duke of Sussex left his wife and baby son Archie at home to attend the wedding and arrived with his uncle and aunt, the Earl of Wessex and the Princess Royal, who was joined by her husband Vice Admiral Timothy Laurence.
The society event had been a parade of hats, dresses and men in morning suits.
