An amateur boxer whose girlfriend allegedly tried to rip off his testicles during a 30-minute attack insists he still loves her.
Although Tyler Sweeney, 27, may be left infertile, he has stood by Katie Lee Pitchford, who subjected him to a horrific ordeal.
The 21-year-old hairdresser is said to have grabbed Mr Sweeney's pen!s and testicles as hard as she could "for at least five seconds" in a drunken rage at their home last week.
"I've never felt a worse pain. It was squeeze, pull, rip," Mr Sweeney, who has a four-inch gash in his scrotum, said.
"It's been feeling like it's badly bruised. So far, I've been too embarrassed to go to the doctor. But it's not been healing right, so I've got a doctor's appointment to figure it out.
I'm worried at this point I'll never have children."
Nevertheless, the boxer didn't alert the police to a previous alleged episode of abuse as he doesn't want his partner of three years to go to jail.
Speaking to Mail Online, he added: "She was on probation for other stuff and she would've gone to jail for a long time if I told police.
"I love and care about her, but I hope there's another good-looking woman out there who might be able to handle my junk a little easier. My testicles have been through a lot.
"I know in my heart what's right."
The attack allegedly happened on June 4 at the home in Miami, Florida, after an argument at a bar.
After returning home drunk, it's said Pitchford "went into a rage", threw speakers at her partner and then charged at him with a hairbrush.
"[She] bludgeoned me over the head with it at least 30 times. Then she clocked me one good time on the side of the face and it started bleeding.
"I was trying to get out, but she grabbed my genitals. She was trying to rip them off. I tried to dislodge her fingers and eventually did," Mr Sweeney continued.
"She is malicious and aggressive when she is in that state. She tried to rip them off, man.
"She got on top of me and was strangling me with both hands."
The woman's grandmother, who slept downstairs, eventually called the police, who it is believed found Mr Sweeney n3ked in the bedroom, bleeding from his scrotum and face.
He also suffered bruises to his upper thighs, back, arms and neck, a gash to the left side of his face, lumps to his skull and scratches, police say.
His partner was arrested and police continue with their probe.
