Selby Patrick, whose twin Skye died of a heroin overdose aged 29 after being sucked into Epstein’s sick world, begged the royal to share everything he knows about the scandal.
She said: “The Queen may have stripped you of your duties but no one can take away the only duty you have left – that you must tell the truth in the name of
my sister and each and every victim.
“No one believes you could not have seen something. Please tell the FBI everything you know.”
She said if the Prince would not come back willingly, he should be extradited.
Another of the late billionaire’s alleged victims, known as a ‘Jane Doe’ in court and currently suing his estate, joined her call for father-of-two Andrew to be brought to the States for questioning.
She told the Mirror: “They should haul him back. If he has nothing to hide, then he’ll have no problem coming back.”
Both ‘Jane Doe’ and Selby say they watched Andrew’s BBC Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis in “disbelief”.
Selby, whose sister was allegedly abused by Epstein from the age of 16, said: “It was offensive to watch his pathetic denials, his undermining of the victims and his lack of empathy.”
The mum of two said she was particularly angered by Andrew’s admission of an ongoing friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell, the daughter of disgraced newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell.
Virginia Giuffre, who claims she was loaned out to Andrew for sex on three occasions, said under oath in a 2015 court case that Maxwell “recruited” her.
Maxwell has not been charged with any offence and denies all accusations of wrongdoing. Andrew denies ever meeting Virginia.
A second woman, Johanna Sjoberg, also testified that Prince Andrew engaged in a “sexual act” with her at Epstein’s New York home when she was 21.
Selby said Skye was 16 when she first went to Wall Street financier Epstein’s Florida home, in which he also entertained the Duke. Epstein, found dead in his jail cell in August awaiting trial for underage sex trafficking, offered her a massage and $300 to take off her top.
He then told her to take off her bra, and even tried to rip it off.
Despite her ordeal, Skye returned to his home repeatedly, being handed cash each time.
The money saw her living a chaotic party lifestyle which eventually led to her taking drugs.
Skye and a friend who also visited the house later got $50,000 settlements from Epstein.
But the money left Skye hooked on heroin and she was found dead in a motel in 2017, weeks before turning 30. Her son Jayden was five years old.
Selby said: “Epstein and Ghislaine created a life for her from which she could find no way back.
“No one really knows what role, if any, Andrew played, but he spent a lot of time with Epstein and Ghislaine.
“Two girls have accused him of sexual impropriety, he now needs to come to the States and swear on oath just what he did.”
During the Duke’s decades-long friendship with Epstein, the American, who was 66 when he was found hanged in his cell, is alleged to have abused dozens of girls.
In 2008 he was sentenced to 18 months in prison, a controversially short term, for procuring a minor for prostitution.
Despite the financier’s humiliation, Prince Andrew was photographed visiting him after his release.
