The heavily pregnant star is currently in Cleveland, where she moved with NBA star Tristan ahead of the birth, although her family members have now jetted out to be by her side.
Momager Kris Jenner is said to have taken a flight out on Wednesday morning along with sister Kim - with other members of the Kardashian Klan set to join them.
A source told TMZ Khloe's family are 'extremely upset' about the videos of Tristan, had 'no idea about them until Tuesday.'
Khloe's due date was estimated for April although it's thought she could give birth any day now.
Tristan, who has a child with another woman, has reportedly been begging pregnant girlfriend Khloe for forgiveness ever since his 'cheating scandal' hit the headlines.
